Muratic won't do much for paint, it'll make a conspicuous light spot where it etches the concrete though. I'd try paint stripper first. Gasoline and a brush works best for breaking down oil that has soaked in to the concrete.

I doubt 91 octane E10 is higher in octane than normal 91. It's probably all mixed anyway until they get the required rating. After the motor blows up would be the perfect time to install a steam crossover tube that links the 2 heads at the back and dumps into the radiator/lake/whatever a boat...

Keep in mind good tools are an investment, you'll always be able to resell a 220v millermatic. Toy welders don't have much of a resell because nobody really 'wants' one they just settle for them.

It's not the antenna, it's the mandatory tuning and mounting location/method. http://www.firestik.com/Tech_Docs.htm I was holding a clear conversation with a guy 30 miles away line of sight after I tuned mine.

LEDs are current controlled devices and they have a very non-linear voltage vs current graph, so even a small increase in voltage could double the current through the diode. Since automotive voltages could be from 10-16v a regulator would be good practice and will hold it at 1000mA all the time...

Sounds like you're driving 1amp worth of LED(s). You could use a LM317 voltage regulator configured as a current regulator. This will give you the added benefit of actual current regulation and still only requires 1 (smaller wattage) resistor. 12v 3w led drivers are very cheap on ebay BTW.

Are you asking which way you should turn your valve for more (or less) pressure? Knowing which valve it is would be helpful for starters :)
